VIP travel and ground coordination across two continents, under confidentiality, with last-minute changes handled outside office hours.
A hundred people. Two continents. One year.
An international campaign, moving almost continuously across Africa and Latin America. A travelling party of around 100. Every stop held to the same standard: private charter flights, meet-and-greet on arrival, close protection, and VIP handling from wheels down to wheels up.
The difficulty was never a single leg. It was doing it again and again, in countries with different aviation rules, different security realities and different ground infrastructure — often with days rather than weeks between one destination and the next.
That kind of work runs on two things. Knowing who to call in each country before you need them. And having someone senior on the ground with the authority to decide, at the moment the decision is needed, without escalating it to an office in another time zone.
Schedules moved. They always do. The standard did not.
Confidentiality was a condition of the work throughout, and remains one — which is why this page names neither the client nor the destinations.
Every leg was delivered. The engagement ran for a year.
