Seven years of that experience was spent inside hotel sales and hotel operations, not booking them. We read a banqueting sheet, a venue contract and a food & beverage proposal the way the hotel’s own commercial director reads them — because that was the job.
We know which line items are genuinely fixed and which are simply presented that way.

We are on the floor
The senior team that takes your brief is on site for your programme — not a local subcontractor, not a junior coordinator.
Everyone works from the same information: you, the venue, the suppliers, your own internal stakeholders. Most events that fail, fail on communication rather than logistics.
Independent, and open about it
No parent company. No franchise. No network quota.
We are remunerated by the suppliers we contract, which is how this industry works. We tell you plainly, because independence only means something if the arrangement cannot distort the advice.
Four languages
Spanish (native), English, French and Italian. On request we can expand the team to add further languages to a programme.
We do not have an office in every city. We have people we have worked with for years in the places we operate — chosen by us, answerable to us, not allocated by a head office.
