Executive Board Programmes

The measure of a board programme is everything that does not happen.

No delay at the aircraft door. No confusion at the hotel. No question about who is meeting whom, or where, or when. Nobody's time spent on anything other than the reason they came.

These are small groups; a board, an executive committee, a chairman and a handful of principals. The numbers are modest and the tolerance is not. Programmes at this level are judged on composure rather than content, and on how little the arrangements are noticed at all.

Travel and transportation

Private aviation coordinated as one movement. Chauffeured transfers, arrival and departure handling, and a schedule that holds when a meeting overruns because it will.

Movements are planned individually rather than as a group. Principals rarely arrive together, and they should not be made to.

Accommodation

Suites and exclusive-use properties selected for privacy as much as for standard. Quiet floors, discreet arrivals, and rooms held rather than requested. We have spent eighteen years inside hotel operations, which is the reason we know which properties can genuinely accommodate a request of this kind, and which will simply agree to it.

Accompanying partners

A partner programme is not a courtesy addition. It is arranged with the same attention as the meeting itself — private guiding, closed viewings, restaurants that do not take bookings, and time to do nothing at all, which is frequently the point.

One contact, throughout

A single senior person from first conversation to final departure. Present on site. Reachable at any hour. Nothing delegated, nothing repeated, nothing discussed elsewhere.
