Fewer people. Which makes it harder, not easier.

At a congress, a delegate is one of a thousand. At a management meeting for thirty, there is nowhere to hide. Everyone is known by name, everyone notices the room, and if one person's flight, dietary requirement or bed is wrong, you will hear about it, because they are sitting across the table from you the next morning.

Small groups are not a smaller version of a large event. They are a different job.

The itinerary is the work

A conference has an agenda handed to it. An off-site does not. Someone has to decide how the days are shaped: how long the group can usefully sit before the value drops away, when to move them, where the real conversation happens which is almost never in the meeting room, and almost always over dinner or on the way somewhere.

We build that sequence with you. Working sessions, breaks that are long enough to be useful, an afternoon that changes the pace, a dinner arranged so that the right people end up talking to each other. The room is the least of it.

Senior people, treated as such

Leadership teams, sales kick-offs, management conferences, partner and dealer meetings. Groups of fifteen to eighty, usually senior, often travelling from several countries and arriving at different hours.

We handle the arrivals, the accommodation, the transfers, the venue and the technical set-up, and we are present throughout so that when something changes, and it will, a decision gets made rather than escalated.

Taking a group out of the office is expensive. It is worth doing when the days are designed around what you actually need to come out of them.
